Join the Friends and other local organizations at this 4th annual festival for the whole family. It takes place Saturday, April 20, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Valley Center Library, 29200 Cole Grade Rd. in Valley Center.
Activities include:
Kids filling their Pollinator Passports with stamps as they participate in various activities around the library. Completed passports earn a Sunflower Discovery and Grow Kit.
Learning about bees and how they sustain our plants through pollinating.
Trying your hand at native basket weaving and nature art.
Getting free produce and food.
Due to limited parking at the library, there will be shuttles available to off-site parking at Valley Center Community Church, Adams Park or Valley Center Elementary School.
